Client’s duty to provide information
Where a client is no longer employed by an employer who is deducting sums due, they should give notice to the creditor (or for a CAO, to the sheriff clerk), that they are no longer employed by that employer and provide the name and address of any new employer. There is no sanction available to the creditor if the client does not provide this information.1s70D D(S)A 1987
