Creditor’s duty to provide information
Six months after service of the order and then on 6 April thereafter, a creditor who is receiving payment from a client by an earnings arrestment, a current maintenance arrestment or CAO must send to the employer (or for a CAO, the sheriff clerk):1s70C D(S)A 1987
    the sum owed by the client to the creditor;
    the amounts received by the creditor by virtue of the arrestment or order;
    the dates of payment of those amounts.
