Recall
Recall of a sequestration can be done in two ways.
Recall through the AiB can only be done where the client can afford to pay all the debt owed plus trustee fees and outlays.
Recall can be asked for by a client or a trustee, including the AiB.
Where the client believes they should not have been sequestrated, or for a reason such as the client not having been apparently insolvent, they can apply to the sheriff court to have it recalled.
For creditor petitions, all recall applications go through the court.
