2. When you are liable for an electricity bill
In this section, all references to ‘the bill’ refer only to ‘charges due’ for the supply of electricity and do not include other charges such as credit sales charges for appliances. See here for more information about ‘charges due’.
Your liability for the bill depends on how, or even whether, you contacted the supplier to say you required a supply of electricity.
