8. Periods of payment
All rent payments are calculated as a monthly amount. If your rent is due for a period other than calendar monthly, the amount is calculated as a monthly equivalent (eg weekly payments are multiplied by 52 and divided by 12). If you have rent-free periods, the monthly average is obtained by adding up all the rent payments due over the year and dividing the result by 12.
