Debt Advice Handbook Scotland 1st ed - with new material

Disadvantages of a time order
    Only deals with one debt
Interest will continue to accrue at the original rate or the rate decided by the court
A time order is similar to a TTPD/TTPO, where the sheriff decides whether the repayment proposals are reasonable.
Time orders are rarely used and complex. Debt advisers should always seek specialist advice before helping clients with a time order.
