33. Loans
If you borrow money, it will almost always count as money you possess (generally as capital if it is a one-off loan or, in some cases, as income if it is part of a series of payments). You may be able to argue that a loan should not count as capital if the money was given to you for a specific purpose and on condition that it be repaid if it is not used in that particular way.
