Refunds

At the end of the tax year, clients can apply for a refund of the overpaid amount plus interest if:

•their total annual income is below the salary threshold;
•they started making repayments too soon;
•they have repaid more than needed to because their employer put them on the wrong repayment plan;
•they have paid more than the total amount they owe.
