Effect of interim order on diligence
While an interim order granted under section 6(3) of the 1987 Act is in effect, it is not competent in respect of the debt:1s8 D(S)A 1987
    to attach in execution of the decree any articles which have been attached by interim attachment;
    to give, in relation to any articles which have been attached, notice of an auction under section 27(4) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002;
    to execute a money attachment;
    to execute an earnings arrestment;
    to commence an action of furthcoming or sale, or to grant decree in any such action which has already been commenced, in pursuance of that arrestment;
    where a bank account arrestment is in place, and an action of forthcoming has been served, it is not competent to release these funds to the creditor;
    to commence an action of adjudication for debt.
