Complaints
Complaints about a trustee in a trust deed should, in the first instance be made to the trustee.
If that is unsuccessful, the client can raise a complaint with their registered professional body through the Insolvency Service Gateway.1 They can then apply to the AiB for a direction and, if that fails, go to the sheriff court for a direction from the sheriff. Complaints about insolvency practitioners are made to the Insolvency Service. It issues the complaint to the relevant registered professional body and oversee the response.2
