If your circumstances change before the appeal takes place, there is nothing to stop the tribunal taking account of this in their decision. If SSS make a new decision on the benefit that you are appealing about, eg if you have been granted a qualifying benefit, you should inform the tribunal of this. Your appeal will still go ahead, unless you ask for it to be withdrawn (see 6 in this chapter).
