You can withdraw your appeal at any time before the hearing. You do not need to give a reason and do not need the agreement of SSS or the tribunal (unless the tribunal has specifically directed that its consent is required). You must write to the tribunal stating that you wish to withdraw the appeal. You can withdraw the appeal at the hearing itself, but only with the consent of the tribunal.
