Arbed
Arbed is an area-based scheme to retro-fit existing homes with energy efficiency measures and renewable technologies. Arbed means ‘to save’ in Welsh and the scheme includes measures such as installing new energy efficient boilers, carrying out insulation improvements, installing solar panels and providing energy saving advice.
