Forms for exceptional attachments and attachments
A list of the forms can be found in Schedule 1 (Appendix 1) to the Act of Sederunt (Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002) 2002. It shows the number of the form to be used, with a brief description of what it is. There is also a note of the rule within the Act which should be read at the same time.
