You will not be entitled to Schedule 10 support if you are eligible for another type of support. Asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers should in general apply for section 95 or section 4 support (unless their claims have been treated as withdrawn – see here) and those with children or care needs should seek support from the local authority (see here). There is no provision for dependants to be supported under Schedule 10. If partners and other dependants require Schedule 10 support, they need to apply for it in their own right.
