4. Challenging a decision

If you are claiming under the low income scheme, you can ask for a formal review of the decision on your claim online at nhsbsa.nhs.uk, by emailing lowincomescheme@nhsbsa.nhs.uk or by writing to NHS Low Income Scheme, NHS Business Services Authority, Bridge House, 152 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6SN.
