Breach of conditions relating to payment difficulties
All suppliers’ licences require them to compile methods to deal with customers in arrears. These matters are dealt with elsewhere in this book, but it is worth pointing out that a supplier’s failure to comply with these ‘methods’ is an enforcement matter because it is a breach of the relevant condition.
