Complaints about National Grid
If your complaint is about any aspect of the operation of National Grid or its employees and agents, you can use its free complaints service. National Grid will investigate your complaint and respond to you within 10 working days. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint within the 10 days, it will inform you when a response can be expected. If no response is forthcoming, there may be grounds for compensation under National Grid’s standards of service provisions.
