Home Energy Scotland referral portal
Home Energy Scotland can take referrals from advisers of householders who may be able to benefit from advice and support. Householders can contact Home Energy Scotland on 0808 808 2282 or, with their permission, advisers can refer them through the Home Energy Scotland referral portal. Advisers can refer a householder who answers yes to any of the following questions.
•Do you find your home hard to heat?
•Do you worry about your fuel bills?
•Would you like advice and support to make your home warmer and reduce your fuel bills?
The online portal () is secure and works in real-time. Once advice has been given to the householder, and referrals made to any of the schemes and partner organisations to help with energy saving or income maximisation, the portal reports the outcomes to the adviser.
