Investigation of fuel theft
When detecting and investigating allegations of fuel theft or abstraction, suppliers must provide you with clear, timely and accurate information and advice, detailing in plain and intelligible language:1Condition 12A.11(h) SLC •the grounds underpinning their allegations of theft; and
•the basis for the calculation of charges; and
•the steps you must take to dispute the allegations; and
•the steps you must take to reinstate supply if it is disconnected.
