Asylum seekers

If you are an asylum seeker or a dependant of an asylum seeker and receiving support from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), you are exempt from NHS charges. UKVI will let the NHSBSA know and they will send you an exemption certificate automatically. You do not need to apply.
