3. People included in the claim
You claim personal independence payment (PIP) for yourself. Your partner may get PIP or attendance allowance (AA) her/himself, or still get disability living allowance (DLA). Your child may get DLA in her/his own right, or PIP when s/he turns 16. See Chapter 24 for information about AA and Chapter 28 for information about DLA.
