11. Reviewing the tribunal decision
You can ask for a review of the tribunal decision on a point of law. You must do this within 14 days of the date of the tribunal decision or the date the statement of reasons was sent to you (whichever is later). Write to the tribunal and ask for a review, stating why you think the tribunal decision was legally wrong.
After you have requested the review, you will be contacted and asked if you would like a hearing of the review.
The review will usually be carried out by the tribunal that decided your appeal.

In the review, the tribunal may:
    ■take no action;
    ■set the decision aside (in which case they can redecide the matter, refer your case to the Upper Tribunal for them to do so, or make an order – eg refer your case to a different tribunal); or
    ■correct a minor or accidental error in the tribunal decision.
