Fees

In most cases, there is a fee for lodging a claim for simple procedure. Exemptions can be applied for if the claimant is eligible – eg, if they receive certain means-tested benefits. You can check the latest fees and exemption criteria at scotcourts.gov.uk/taking-action/court-fees.
