Register of inhibitions
The Register of Inhibitions is part of the Registers of Scotland which includes many registers, such as the Land Register, Crofting Register and the Scottish Landlord Register.
The inhibiting creditor registers a copy of the schedule of inhibition served on the client and the sheriff officer’s certificate of service in the Register of Inhibitions.1s148 BD(S)A 2007
