Rejection of a DPP proposal
If the DAS administrator does not approve a DPP application, all parties are notified via eDEN or in writing.
The DAS Register is amended to show the date the decision was taken, but does not have a ‘DPP start date’. Protection from diligence continues for 14 days from when the DAS administrator enters the notice of rejection on the register.
The client can request a review of the determination within 14 days of the day they are notified of the rejection. Advisers can also request a review on the client’s behalf.

However, they cannot submit a further moratorium application if they have had a moratorium granted within the past 12 months.
