Help using 'My bookmarks'
What are bookmarks?
Bookmarks allow you to:
    add an online ‘post-it note’ to text within a publication, to help you find it again easily
    add some text to any bookmark you make
    colour code any bookmarks added to our handbooks
What can I bookmark?
You can add bookmarks to our:
    handbooks
    Welfare Rights Bulletins and Poverty Journals
    Maximising income checklists
How do I bookmark specific text or a page in a handbook?
You can either bookmark a whole page or part of a page.
How to bookmark specific text in a handbook:
    Log into your account.
    Highlight the text you want to bookmark. Currently this should be no more than a single bullet point or paragraph but we're working on improving this.
    A bookmark and citation pop-up appears. Select ‘Add bookmark’.
    If you wish, write a note about the bookmark, select a different colour for the bookmark, and then select ‘Save’.
How to bookmark a page in a handbook:
    Go to the page you want to bookmark.
    Select the ‘Bookmark’ button from the header bar, then ‘Bookmark this page’ from the dropdown menu.
How do I see my bookmarks for a particular handbook?
Go to the handbook. You can view all your bookmarks in the left-hand ‘My bookmarks’ pane.
To open the bookmark pane either:
    select the bookmark icon on the right-hand side of the screen (on a mobile you may have to first select the + symbol on the right-hand side to see the bookmark icon); or
    select ‘Bookmark’ from the header bar, and ‘Show all bookmarks for this book’ from the dropdown menu.
In the ‘My bookmarks’ pane you can scroll through all your bookmarks for the handbook. To return to any of the text you have bookmarked, select any of the highlighted bookmarked text in the pane.
How do I see all my bookmarks?
The ‘My bookmarks’ page shows all your bookmarks across different books
How do I find ‘My bookmarks’?
Log in to your account. Then either:
    Go to a publication, select ‘My Resources’ at the top of the page, then ‘My bookmarks’ from the left-hand pane.
    Go to a publication, select ‘Bookmark’ from the header bar, then ‘Go to my bookmarks’ from the dropdown menu.
    Go to a publication and select the bookmark icon on the right-hand side of the screen to open the ‘My bookmarks’ pane (on a mobile you may have to first select the + symbol on the right-hand side to see the bookmark icon).
    Select ‘My bookmarks’ in the My Bookmarks pane.
How can I manage my bookmarks?
In the ‘My bookmarks’ page you can:
    add, remove or edit the note associated with a bookmark
    delete bookmarks
    create folders for your bookmarks, and copy or move your bookmarks into different folders
    reorder your bookmarks
