7. How to pay less council tax
There are three schemes for reducing council tax bills. You can get help through all three at the same time if you meet the conditions for all of them. The schemes are:
    ■the Disability Reduction scheme (see 8 below );
    ■the discount scheme (see 9 below ); and
    ■the council tax reduction scheme (see 12 below ).
Some dwellings are exempt from council tax (see 4 above ).
