12. The mobility component
You are entitled to the mobility component at the standard rate if:
■your ability to carry out mobility activities is limited by your physical or mental condition; and
■you meet the required period condition (see
4 above ).
You are entitled to the mobility component at the enhanced rate if:
■your ability to carry out mobility activities is severely limited by your physical or mental condition; and
■you meet the required period condition (see
4 above ).
