Chapter 13: Pension credit: help with housing costs
If you are an owner-occupier or a long leaseholder, this chapter covers the rules for help with ground rent, service charges and certain other housing costs that can be included in your pension credit (PC). It does not cover the rules on help with these costs through universal credit (UC) or for help with your rent through UC or housing benefit (see Chapter 6 and Chapter 9). It does not cover DWP loans for mortgage interest (see here).
