3. Payment methods
Your choice of payment method depends on the type of meter you have. You may wish to change your meter to allow you to use a particular payment method. If your circumstances change, you may be able to switch to a more suitable payment method.
Each supplier publishes a code of practice on the payment of bills, outlining the various options available. Many also publish additional detailed information about the costs of the different options.
