Complaints
In the first instance, complaints about a trustee in a trust deed should be made to the trustee. If that is unsuccessful, the client can raise a complaint with their registered professional body through the Insolvency Service Complaints Gateway.
1 They can then apply to the AiB for a direction and, if that fails, go to the sheriff court for a direction from the sheriff.
Complaints about insolvency practitioners are made to the Insolvency Service. It issues the complaint to the relevant registered professional body and oversees the response.
