8. Premiums
There are four different premiums
, each with specific qualifying conditions, as detailed in
Chapter 23. The premiums are part of your applicable amount (see
6 above). Unless otherwise specified in
Chapter 23, each premium you are entitled to is added to the total of your applicable amount. The rates of the pensioner premium vary according to whether you are entitled to the support component, the work-related activity component or neither (see
Chapter 11(6)).
