•the lower rate is £24.45;

•the higher rate is £64.50.

CDP care component is paid at one of three weekly rates:2Reg 23(1) DACYP(S) Regs

•the lowest rate is £24.45;

•the middle rate is £61.85;

•the highest rate is £92.40.
