This chapter only applies to the Scottish benefits listed on here. Chapters 56, 57 and 58 explain the rules on revisions and appeals for other benefits. This chapter refers you to Chapters 57 and 58 when the rules are the same as for other benefits.

Note: the common rules described in this chapter apply to Scottish child payment (see Chapter 74), except where noted below.
