3. The amount of benefit

Child disability payment (CDP) mobility component is paid at one of two weekly rates:1Reg 23(2) DACYP(S) Regs

•the lower rate is £29.20;

•the higher rate is £77.05 .

CDP care component is paid at one of three weekly rates:2Reg 23(1) DACYP(S) Regs

•the lowest rate is £29.20;

•the middle rate is £73.90;

•the highest rate is £110.40.
